So, I got my XBOX 360 console back yesterday. Or, I should say, I received a replacement console. “So that you can get back to playing and enjoying your Xbox quicker, we have replaced your Xbox console with a replacement unit.” From what I understand, they don't actually repair a console, they just replace it. But, you have to send in your old console first, so they can make sure you haven't made any mods to it. Great, fine. I'm okay with that, but at least tell me beforehand that that's how it works. Don't tell me you're going to repair it and send it back to me. And don't have your repair status website show that my console has been received by the repair facility and is "being repaired."
