I bought this knife a couple months ago. It's a Maxam Nautical Sailor's Rigging Knife with Marlin Spike. It has a rigger's knife style blade and a shackle key/wrench. It also has a bottle/can opener.

Marlin Spikes are used in ropework for tasks such as unlaying rope for splicing, untying knots, forming a toggle (for releasing ropes joined under tension such as with a belaying pin splice), or forming a makeshift handle.

It has a 2 in graduation on side.

And, 5 cm graduation on the other.
