This story is just unbelievable. First of all, Rob Chambers (in Oregan) builds an $18,000 ice truck for Tremayne Durham in New York. For whatever reason (the article didn't say why), Durham wants his money back. When Chambers wouldn't refund his money, Durham travels to Oregan, takes Chambers and Adam Calbreath hostage, and ends up killing Calbreath. Durham is now serving 30 years in prison for his crimes, but here's where the story starts getting stupid.

Durham still wants his money back and is even suing Chambers for the $18,000 - and he's winning! Granted, the only reason he's winning his case is because Chambers hasn't responded to letters from the court, so an arbitrator ruled in Durham's favor. Oh, and not only does he still want his refund, but he also wants to be reimbursed for his travel expenses from New York - for the trip he took to gun down Calbreath.

And, here's where the stupid really kicks in. He agreed to plead guilty in exchange for his favorite foods from KFC and some Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
