And, my shipping dilemma from yesterday continues. When I called yesterday, I found out the shipping address was correct, but the zip code was not. They had it as 76022 when it should be 76155. I corrected that and they said the packages would go back out today. I checked this morning and they were "On FedEx vehicle for delivery." But, I checked just now and AGAIN the status had changed to "Shipment exception" and "Cannot locate recipient." FRAK ME!
I called again and found out they had entered the zip code as 76115. This time, the FedEx person I was talking to was seriously confused. At one point, she thought I was calling to change the zip code to 76022. Once I made her understand that was NOT the correct zip code, she tried changing it to 76115. Again, that is not correct. Now, she wants to change the zip code to 76020. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE THE HELL THAT IS! So, I just hung up and called back. This time, I had the customer service person repeat back the full address and zip code - TWICE!
(ETA) Oh, oh, oh. I forgot to mention. When I called yesterday and even again when I called today, the customer service person asked for a phone number where I could be reached in case the driver has trouble finding my address. Um, what? The driver DID have trouble finding my address.
And another thing, the driver can update the status of the package while still on his/her route, but FedEx can't send updates to the driver? So, that means I have to wait another day to get my crap.
