I ordered something online and had it shipped to an address different than my billing address. I've had this same company ship stuff to this address before, so when I came to the "Shipping" part of the order, I was given the option of shipping to this address again. I didn't bother checking to make sure the full address was correct, so I didn't realize they had the correct street and city, but the wrong zip code.
I checked the status this morning and noticed the packages were "On FedEx vehicle for delivery." I checked again after lunch and the status had changed to "Shipment exception" and "Cannot locate recipient." What The Deuce?! The only thing that was wrong with the address was the zip code.
